Hydrological modelling using SHETRAN
Workshop report
31 January 2020
SHETRAN is a model for water flow, solute and sediment transport in river catchments. It allows for the rapid set up of physically-based catchment models and can be used to conduct a range of impact assessments relating to water resources, hydrological extremes, land use variation, and climate change.
In January 2020, the Hub ran a two-day interactive workshop for our early career researchers to develop their understanding of hydrological modelling tools. Download the report by early career scientists Dr Prabhakar Shukla and Dr Zulfaqar Sa'adi.
